SHIPPING

We can only ship supplements & lab test kits to clients of Dr. Keshia, which is limited to people who reside in the following Canadian regions: AB, NB, NS, PEI, NFLD, YK, NWT, NVT​

​Shipping fees are flat rate $12 (AB) or $18 (NB, NS, PEI, NFLD, YK, NWT, NVT). Shipping is free for orders with a subtotal over $200.

 

All orders are sent via Canada Post XpressPost. Shipping times are as follows: 1-3 business days (Alberta), 3-4 business days (Maritimes); 6-9 days (Territories and remote locations). We do not ship outside of Canada.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Unopened and undamaged supplements may be returned for a refund if they are received back within 30 days of purchase. We can exchange them or offer a full refund based on the original payment method. You are responsible for the return shipping on products to be refunded. Refunds will be issued once we receive the products. If you would like to return an item for a refund, please reach out to Dr. Keshia in chat of your patient portal.

Unused Lab Test Kits may be returned for a full refund if we receive them back within 30 days of purchase. We can exchange them or offer a full refund based on the original payment method. You are responsible for return shipping on lab test kits to be refunded. Full refunds will be issued once we receive the lab test kits, all contents intact and unused, including the original test requisition form. If you would like to return a lab test kit for a refund, please reach out to Dr. Keshia in the chat of your patient portal.

 

No refunds on any Naturopathic Consults with Dr. Keshia that have already been rendered.

 

Courses are available in their entirety immediately upon registration, and as a result are non-refundable. However, we are committed to helping you get as much value out of our courses as possible. If you have questions, confusions, or are having difficulty with the course material in any way, Dr. Keshia is available for a complimentary phone call to answer questions & help you get the most out of the course.
